First weighing moment!

I was soo pleased with my results! After just 9 days of cambridge weight plan, I already lost 4.2 kg!! Even though I ate an omelette with bread because I forgot to take my shakes with me, ha! Very proud:) You must think this was a HUGE motivation and it must be I guess, but it doesn't really help me through tuff moments (having one now) while my boyfriend is sitting next to me eating fries and stuff. The thought of my end results are great but as long as I didn't achieve that yet it doesn't beat my hunger! Well, mental hunger. I'm not really hungry. I will go weighing again next week, I'll post my results again by than! O btw, veeery exciting; I'm allowed one bar a day by monday YAY! Haha. xoxo

Cravings!

Arrrgh, it's harder than I thought!! I've been dieting for a week now and I'm not sure if I like it. Physically the first two days were the worst: MAJOR headaches and noxiousness, hunger.. Since day three I'm doing great. No hunger, no pain, nothing really. But than there's the mental part. I don't know why, but I feel like it's been a year since I've been doing Cambridge! I'm soooo sick of not being able to eat! It's so boring! Last weekend me and my boyfriend went to Den helder to visit some friends and have a fun weekend. That's where I came to realize what a HUGE part eating is to 'having fun'! There hasn't been ONE activity which didn't include eating. Me being clumsy me, I forgot my bag back at the apartment and we couldn't go back, so I didn't have my shakes with me for a whole day. I was kinda glad but kinda not, because it's really bad to eat in the first weeks of Cambridge. Well, there was nothing I could do about it so I just had to eat carb free. I ate some low carb meat and an omelet and I enjoyed eating a lot, but not as much as I had hoped because it wasn't really my fav food or something and I felt a little bit guilty. Sunday I got back on track and didn't cheat anymore since than. I deff think I am able to go on with cambridge and I know that it's just my mind playing tricks on me telling me how easy and nice it would be to just have diner with everyone else, but I won't. I want to achieve my goal and I'm going to! My first weighing moment with my counselor will be this friday, so I will post the results by than! xoxo

Cambridge weight plan - Part one

Hi guys! So I told you about the diet I'm going to try out and as promised I'll give you an update. Last week I went to visit the weight counselor who works with cambridge, who will guide me through the process and provides me the shakes etc. that I need. She explained how the diet works, which program I could do best and gave me a shake to try the taste. Before she could tell which program I should do, we had to weigh and stuff. She has a very cool scale, who also measures your metabolic age, bone mass, organic fat mass, muscle mass, bmi etc. It turned out my scale at home wasn't working too well; in stead of 84kg, I am 89. Wow, so that was a bit of a shock. But it's okay, because I'm going to do something about it and finally lose all the weight I gained!! All the measures the scale made came out on a receipt which I can take home. Every week I'm meeting up with her, we will measure again and I will get another receipt so we can keep track. She will also make pictures front and side every week and post them on an online website which I can log in to and see my pic's and my progress. I really like this as a great motivation!! Cambridge weight plan has several programs. It goes from the 500cal program to about 1200, I guess. We figured the 500cal was best suited for me. Why? Well, according to the magic scale, my ideal weight is 62kg. We set the first goal to 65kg, which is 24kg away and that's quite a lot so a drastic change isn't that bad. It's a very low calorie intake, but because I don't have a job (at the moment) and my study isn't physically hard on me, my body should be able to handle it. Because of the low cal intake I can't really do sports next to the diet, but that's okay. Because of my weight it's not that good as well for my back and stuff to go out and do some tuff exercise so I will just have to wait with that till I'm back on track weight wise!! I'm SO excited about doing this, lol. Can't even imagine what it will be like seeing myself skinny over summer! Anyway, I will be having three meals a day and 2,3liters water. The meals are shakes or soups and maybe later on some bars. I chose to do two shakes and a soup for dinner. There are lots of flavors but for my first ten days I chose Chocolate, Mango and Strawberry. For the soups I chose tomato and oriental. I will start tomorrow, tuesday and my next appointment is on the 7th of february. Curious about my progress? Keep an eye on my blog!;) Bye babes! x

Cambridge weight plan

Hi dolls! I'm announcing a new, every week returning, blogging subject. I'll start from the beginning. A few years ago I got a back hernia. Doctors said they wanted to give it the chance to disappear by itself, so I didn't neet surgery. In that time I was in a lot of pain and couldn't really do much sports anymore. After a year or two we finally decided to do the surgery, because my back wasn't getting any better and I didn't want to have that pain for the rest of my life already so I wanted to do this. I was scared as hell, but after surgery the doctor came to me and told me there was already an other hernia coming up on the other side, so I was really glad I did it! The recovery was really hard, I had to lay down for 6 weeks, ugh!! I'm bored very easily so this wasn't my kind of relaxing.. After those 6 weeks and of course a bit during me coping with the hernia before surgery, I gained a lot of wait. I used to weigh around 62kg and over the years that number became 84. I tried various methods to lose it but I just couldn't get through or results were too slow for me, I'm not really a patient person, haha. But its all going to change, if you ask me! Next Tuesday I'm going on an intake meeting with a woman who works with 'Cambridge weight plan'. It's a program where you cut a lot on calorie intake and live on shakes, bars and soup basically. A friend of mine has done something like this but from another brand, same system and quality, and the results are just mind blowing. I would have thought that when she started eating normal again she would gain a lot of wait back on, but that still hasn't happened after a few months! I'm really excited about this but also a bit scared because I know it will be really hard not to eat normal meals. But that's okay, because if I do this correct I can lose all my weight BEFORE summer!! SO excited to see myself skinny again. Anyway, I will have a meeting every week with the lady who sells this and supports you so I will be posting my progress here every week until the very last week!! Loveee xx
